Mod that for creating a clan army before you have a kingdom?

It's borderline impossible to take castles and compete with larger armies before having a kingdom because you can't ask your clan members to group up which is absurd in my opinion. If I can talk to them and they have a party of their own, we should be able to coordinate ffs.

I'm hoping to run this with Shokuho so I need something that runs on 1.2.12 and everything I've found is from ~2020.

Does anyone know of a mod that fits here?
