Where to begin... So the Battanians get into their fateful war with Vlaandians, but the western empire declared war upon their new Vlaandian neighbors. The western empire and the battanians pushed back the Vlaandians, but then the Aserai attacked the Western Empire. The Vlaandians made peace with the Battanians to focus their efforts on the western empire, and though the Battanians were doing well on their own, the Sturgians declared war on them. Battanians lose Flintolg castle but gain the Kranirog and Mazhadan castles, and then they claim Sturgia-owned Epicrotea during the Sturgian's battle against the Western Empire. The Khuzait declare war on the Sturgians and claim Tyal from them, so the Sturgians make peace with the Battanians to focus on the Khuzait. The western empire loses ground to both the Aserai and the Vlaandians, so they are forced to make peace with the Vlaandians. Hello. Kinda bored of ACOK but I'm willing to try it again with the new 3.1 update. On 3.0 I conquered all of Westeros and the western swathes of Essos as the last of the Blackfyres, returning from Essos to establish a Blackfyre kingdom.
Now, I'm thinking of doing a mostly-legit playthrough but not as a monarch, crucially. I'll boost maybe 50,000 gold or so to cover initial costs and grant some renown + honor to myself to help through. However, I'd like to give playing a vassal a shot considering it's something I never do.
What should my name and house be? Which banner? Preferably one from the lore in a playthrough that'd make sense with the appropriate banner to boot. Also, I'd like to fight for one of the five kings of Westeros and play with their factions' units almost exclusively. Help me out!
