Is there a mod that changes the formation system to the one from Warband?

In Warband you would allocate troops to formations on your party screen. You could put individual troops in formation 1,2, 3 etc. In bannerlord it feels cumbersome having to do it in the battle deployment screen using the sliders. What happened to The Red Wars?

So a while ago I discovered this magnificent mod. From what I read, it was abandoned and made open-source since when it reached its version 1.6. However, the devs left it open for another team to pick it up, to give them access to the ModDB page. If you check it now, it's progressed to 1.9, which seems to indicate that it's been picked up by a new team. However, when I tried it, it was unplayably broken, with errors and glitches abounding everywhere. I.E.: one cannot fight battles, because two seconds after they begin, one is teleported to some glitch area with a nurse. I've seen videos of the mod functioning correctly, so... is it because Mount & Blade updated to 1.172 and broke it?

Dickplomacy Reloaded!

Hello everyone! :D I just made a mod, it's called Dickplomacy Reloaded. Basically it adds the functionality that you would find in normal mods, such as Dynamic Troop Trees, Custom Troop Trees, Freelancer, Tournament Play Enhancements, Single Screen Character Creation, and Rubiks World Map into Dickplomacy. ^-^ It also doesn't require WSE, but you still need the older (exe) version of Warband that comes with Dickplomacy. (Though I haven't tested it with the newest version of Warband so it might work.) Also, if you do decide to download it, please ignore (DO NOT USE) the "content options" folder, it is legacy, and the mod is compiled from source with all features. Bannerlord + ArtMoney. Who uses with?

Money -- no problem. Troops -- no problem. Attribute & Focus points -- no problem. Renown -- no problem. Inventory stuff (weapons, armor etc.), food, goods -- no problem. Even smithy stamina is no problem at all. But how do I can search and modify xp for upgrading my battle & other perks? For example: I want crossbow skill 250, what algorithm?
