Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. "couldnt find mesh 'female_head'" Dickplomacy

I have been die trying to download dickplomacy, but after I have followed all the instructions, such as download python and compiling. When Im in the loading screen of warband, it stops during loading game settings, and a error comes up "couldn't find mesh: female_head"... Please I need help or advices.. I will try to respond to you as soon as possible... Thanks in advance
