Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Has anybody here ever played or beaten the Azgad Story Of Calradia Mod?

I have and I’m stuck on the “Eliminate Sarranid Sultanate” mission. I only have room for 130 something people in my party and it’s all just too time consuming.

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
