Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. Anybody have this problem?

So everything was going all fine until today, the option to put the sergeants in charge of my units is gone. Usually I use it for my horse archers but it's just not there anymore. Any ideas anybody? I searched online but couldn't find anything. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated!
