"Failed Load Order Operation" Error

All towns and castles captured. All settlements upgraded to max level with max garrison and max militia. I'm at war with everyone but no one can take anything, they don't even bother trying. All Empire Kingdoms have collapsed and are no longer in the game. Game is a bit boring now..
