"Failed Load Order Operation" Error

Does anyone know about any coop mods

I saw there was that one mod persistent empires I think but that’s not exactly the coop I was hoping for, and there was that one mod that showed screenshots that they had got it to work with to players with their own parties on the sandbox map but I haven’t heard anything from them in awhile.
