What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? Has anyone conquorered all of native without any cheats and exploits?

So Im currently 200 days into my native playthrough where my goal is to conquer all of calradia, and the catch is that Im not gonna do any of these:

-Exporting characther

-save scuming

-no mods at all. Which means i have to accept lords instantly spawning 100 men upon defeat.

The only thing i have helping me is that I take 1/4 damage while my troops take 1/2

And so far its extremely frustrating.

I left the kingdom of swadia because they kept going into constant war against rhodocks and khergits, and now king harlus hates me. I lost a couple sets of high stats weapons and armor (I miss my masterwork sarranid guard sword already).

I only scrambled enough money for a brewery, but that's being locked down because its in praven.

So far my playthrough looks pretty hopeless, I have no money, and no reliable source of income at all, im shirtless, bandits are all running in packs of 40 men, lords are rampaging every single village i go through.

Any tips on what to do here?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
