Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. Recruiting unique spawns Perisno

I read somewhere here that It is possible to recruit unique spawns leaders when they are captured by other lords and we free them.

I started looking around, but didn't find any of them captured since the beginning of the game. I started to have doubts, I have saved a game before a unique spawn (Zeladeck) losed a battle, and he was not been caught in ~30 losses.

Is there something I am missing? Can they be caught some other way? Are some unique spawns capturable but not others? Are the odds just very low?
