Questions about ACOK 5.0

this is my first time playing the mod in quite a while. There are a few changes I'm wondering about.

  1. is it no longer possible to recruit troops from villages in Essos?

  2. do villages convert culture eventually when they are taken by a new realm?

  3. Is there any way to recruit the Golden Company troops as the player?

  4. there have been many cases of Westerosi and Essosi realms going to war with each other, is this intended or a bug in the new update?
