What are the types of wanderers that can have a high trade skill I have none available.

I think its "swift" "spicevendor" and "bitterthought"

My brother has a very high trade skill but apparently family cant head a caravan.

Am I just shit out of luck of getting any caravans running? I have heard sometimes new wanderers spawn, but Im already 400 days in and I have seen none that can trade well.
