i can't sue for peace while actively dying

im in 2 front war, all my vassals are captured, i have one castle left after vlandia cane with the 2000 men army and took my city , and i cant make peace even i i want to pay tribute. 2000+ bandits?

So I like to do cheat playthroughs every once and a while. But problem I'm having is bands of 2000 looters and bandits show up and crash my game and beat every lord in Westeros. Also even they run away from me when I'm at lvl 63+. Any fixes I can find to these?
