(ACOK 5.0) Lighting conditions don't change according to time of day?

Hey all,

This might not be the best place to post this but I'm having an "issue" with A Clash of Kings. Whether it's midnight, dawn or afternoon, for some reason the sky always remains bright blue, never changing according to time of day. Is this a bug? What can I do to fix it?
