Monchug was feeling generous today.

I'm playing with some mods that heavily restrict recruitment, so my army is almost entirely bandits and mercenaries. On land, Monchug's army would destroy mine, but this isn't a land battle and he gifted me several amazing prizes. PoP: Need help starting new Baccus Empire playthrough

God I want to be a hot stud in Roman armor. Been wanting to do this play through forever, but never got around to it. What should I do? What troops are the best? What factions should I target? Who should I befriend? Just the basic things I should know.
