I hate Horse Archers

Why did I decide to sign up with the northern empire as a Merc whilst they were fighting the Khuzaits? I've never fought them before and the one time I don't go with a decent horse rider because I want to fight on foot, this happens. Bannerlord mod to let you join any faction?

Is there a mod for Bannerlord that let's you join any faction you want including the minor/mercenary clans like the Company of the Golden Boar, Beni Zilal etc?

Bonus points if it also let's you join bandit clans!
