What should I do here?

I’m a vasal with the Khuzaits and I feel like the AI is not doing me any favors. We were at war with Sturgia and the Aserai at the same time which was a nightmare because everyone was running north and south. Not at war with Sturgia anymore but as soon as we made peace with them Monchug went and declared war with the western empire. I have 15 fiefs and they all border the western empire. So while every place I own is getting attacked Monchug and all the other assholes have been fighting over Shibal Zumr Castle. One side takes it and back and forth so most of the army is over there. And I’m in the same situation over at Onica castle. I own it but they take it and then I take it back. No one is getting anywhere. I want to go on the offensive and take Zeonica but I just don’t have enough people and I don’t think I can get anymore. Any tips for this stalemate? And where do all their troops keep coming from? I’m a noob and I think I ruined my game

Bought this game last week and I’ve been addicted ever sense, great game. Anyways, I think my game is at the point of no return if that’s possible. I’m level 16 and I started by becoming a vassal with the nords. I then broke this agreement and declared independence and I had the city of suno. After that every army got mad and attacked me, so I was struggling but then I decided to team up with Rhodok rebels so that my relations could go back to nuetral with everyone but rhodoks. And here we are today, my army is really strong but it can’t take on 400-500 troops while mine only has like 85. I’ve put most of my level ups into charisma so that I could persuade lords to join my cause but none of them will agree, so I guess I’m just wondering what I can do if anything at this point. Every time I try to take over a castle another army of 400 troops meets up with my while a different factions declares war on me so I have to load up an old save. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
