Most polished complete overhaul mod?

I’ve recently arrived back into the game with the release of Bannerlord Online mod. I’m introducing my friends to the game for the first time.

I’m looking for an updated list of the best units per role since a lot of the guides and forums seem outdated with where the game is now.
