Is anyone else finding it difficult to level up charm for family members?

As the title says, since the new update it feels basically impossibly for any of my family members to level up charm, and this is super annoying since I need to get the virile perk so that my family doesn't die out since none of them are having kids. submitted by /u/Asleep-Strawberry429 [link] [comments]

Mod suggestion

Can someone send me a good mod list and let me know what version of the game its compatible with? I've tried running mods through vortex but I can't seem to get compatible ones.
