Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [Perisno] Enterprises - required town relation change

Hey guys and girls.

So recently they changed the needed town relation from +1 to a higher value (+15 i heard?). Is there a way to adjust this value? I looked in the forum but couldnt find anything :/. I really would like to be able to change it if needed.
