Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. (PoP) How do I get my fief back?

I joined the kingdom of Sarleon and immediately my fief was captured, shortly after which we made peace with the captor's kingdom. Is there any way to get it back? If not, what's the quickest way to get another fief?
