"Failed Load Order Operation" Error

[PS4] I have a question about faction activity.

I'm a vassal of the nords, and I'd like to be able to know when we're sieging a castle/city. Is there anyway to look at that in the menus to see battle plans or something? I'd like to be able to see without just following our marshall around.
