Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. So I've got great equipment, some money, and a mid sized but powerfull army, where to go next?

I have pretty good relations with one kingdom and I'm a vassal of its king so I have a few villages, and I'm ready to start trying to take over the world. What's the next move?

Back when Bannerlord was announced, I vaguely remember that, in the announcement thread, people were discussing the choice of the title "Bannerlord." Does anyone else remember that?
