Mods with only one Kingdom

I know the whole point of MnB is the chaos and politics of different kingdoms, BUT i was wondering if there are any mods with only one major kingdom or just 2 for a rebellion type playthrough. [PoP] How do I become Marshall when two or three lords keep hogging it?

I'm a vassal with no fief for a weakened Sarleon. Ravenstern and Baccus keep fucking us up. I guess another question to add is how else do I get a fief rather than becoming Marshal so I can get credit for a siege? The guys who keep getting it have +1000 renown and I have around 400. Nobody wants to strain their relationship with each other to support me. Do I just keep grinding relationships?
