[Viking Conquest] What means the characteristics of my personality (Sanguine, Fortitude) next the to some responses in the dialogues?

So I look for info about it, but couldn't find it. In some dialogues, next to one of my replies appear a characteristic of mine, like sanguine or fortitude. What are the effects if I choose that reply, instead of another?
